General objectives
Identify techniques for improving the control and monitoring of construction projects, deviations, and interventions in a BIM environment.
Student access requirements
Accreditations/creditations
To meet at least one of the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced Technician Diploma (Higher Vocational Training) or equivalent.
- Having passed the entrance exam for Higher Vocational Education and Training (Cicles Formatius de Grau Superior).
- Have passed any official university entrance exam.
- Level 3 Professional Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) or equivalent.
- Foreign titles must be properly accredited.
- If compliance with these requirements cannot be documented, minimum knowledge tests must be passed.
Priority groups
- Salaried workers who provide their services in private companies or public entities not included in the scope of the training agreements of the public administrations and who contribute to Social Security for vocational training for employment.
- Workers who are in any of the following situations: fixed-discontinuous workers during periods of unemployment, workers who become unemployed while in a training period, or workers subject to employment regulation during their periods of suspension.
- Workers enrolled in the special system for employees included in the general Social Security regime during periods of inactivity, the special regime for self-employed workers, the maritime regime, and those others in Social Security who do not contribute to vocational training.
- Caregivers of people in a situation of dependency can participate in the training of specific training actions related to their activity.
- Employees belonging to the staff of the beneficiary or provider entities of the training programs regulated in this Order can participate in the training actions managed by this entity, up to a limit of 10% of the total participants in the program, without exceeding, in any case, the limit of 10% of their total staff.
- The unemployed workers registered in the Public Employment Service of Catalonia. The participation of unemployed workers cannot exceed 30% of the total number of participants.

- Photocopy of the last salary in its entirety in which the following information appears: Social Security number of the worker, Social Security number of the company and CIF of the company (if you are active).
- Photocopy of the last self-employed receipt (only if you are self-employed).
- Photocopy of the updated DARDO (job application registration document at the Public Employment Service of Catalonia) (only if you are unemployed).
