Objectives
Making representations of building projects: plans for basic and execution projects, photocompositions and models, elaborating proposals to complete the design of building projects, supervising the filing and reproduction of documents, and assisting in the execution of the work, following the instructions received by the superior or person in charge. Use of REVIT, SKETCHUP, VRAY and AUTOCAD programs.
Certificate of professionalism
What is a professional certificate? Professional certificates are official documents that attest to professional competencies and guarantee that the person obtaining it has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to carry out a job in accordance with the demands of the labor market.
Where are they valid? Professional certificates are valid throughout Spanish territory, and, additionally, European regulations allow for the recognition of accredited professional qualifications within the European Union, thereby facilitating geographic mobility.
Access requirements for students.
- High school diploma.
- Level 3 Professional Certificate
- Level 2 Professional Certificate from the same family and professional area.
- Meet the academic requirement for access to higher vocational training programs, or have passed the corresponding entrance exams regulated by educational administrations.
- Have passed the university entrance exam for those over 25 years old and/or 45 years old.
- Foreign degrees must be properly validated.
- If compliance with these requirements cannot be documented, it is necessary to pass an assessment of key competencies.
- The access criteria for students must ensure that they possess sufficient educational and professional requirements to successfully complete the training.
Priority groups
Priority will be given to unemployed workers seeking employment (DONO), and also:
- Individuals with special difficulties in entering the labor market and/or in situations of social vulnerability (people with a recognized disability of 33% or higher, individuals over 45 years old, individuals registered as unemployed job seekers for more than 2 consecutive years).
- Women.
- People who do not receive unemployment benefits or who are not entitled to them. People with low professional qualifications.
- Young people under 30 years of age.
- Workers in a situation of ERTE (Temporary Employment Regulation File).
How to register
To complete the registration, it is essential to fill out the form found under the “Registration” button, attach the required documentation, and complete the pre-registration document “Annex,” which must also be included.
- Photocopy of a valid DNI or NIE
- Photocopy of the updated dardo (document application for employment demand of the SOC, only if unemployed person).
- Photocopy of the updated Work Life if you are an employed person.

- UF0311: Development of Structural Elements in Building Projects (60 hours).
MF0640_3: Building Installations (90 hours): Presentation of construction projects, management, safety and health in the project office, factors of technological innovation in construction representations.
Complementary Training Module (45 hours).
- Occupational Risk Prevention (30 hours).
- Ecological Insertion and Transition (15 hours).
MP0073: Non-Employment Professional Practices Module (120 hours).
The Practical Training Module will begin once all training modules have been successfully completed.
Individuals who can prove at least 3 months of work experience with a minimum of 300 hours worked in total during the last 5 years up to the date of the exemption request will be exempt from completing this module, provided that this experience corresponds to the competencies included in the practical training module.
