NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR 3D PRINTING OF ADVANCED MATERIALS - NET3D+

The main objective of the NET3D+ project is the design and development of a hybrid and multi-material additive manufacturing technology, capable of producing devices with enhanced performance and high added value, using technologies such as Direct Ink Writing (DIW) and Digital Light Processing (DLP). This multidisciplinary project promotes the use of advanced materials, such as photosensitive resins reinforced with micro- and nanoparticles or fibers, and the formulation of printable inks with optimized physical properties.

The initiative aligns with the European strategy to promote Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) and the digitalization of industry, integrating finite element simulation as a design and optimization tool. It also includes the study of highly relevant industrial applications such as biomaterials for tissue regeneration, catalytic TiO₂ structures, casting molds, and printed microelectronics for sensors and radio frequency.
