MANUTELLIGENCE - Product Service Design and Manufacturing Intelligence Engineering Platform
The ManuTelligence project aims to develop a collaborative and secure platform for the design and manufacturing of products and services, which will integrally manage the product lifecycle (PLM) and service lifecycle (SLM). This platform will facilitate access to data from both enterprise ICT systems (such as CAD, PLM, MES) and IoT devices, through intuitive 3D environments.
ManuTelligence aims to improve design efficiency through the collaborative management of engineering knowledge throughout the entire lifecycle, promote the reuse and optimization of designs with a modular approach, and close the knowledge loops between design, manufacturing, testing, and use. Additionally, it will enable companies to recover heterogeneous data, enhance simulations using real data, and quickly and accurately assess costs and sustainability through LCC, LCA, and carbon footprint analysis.
The project is based on open methodologies and interoperable standards (such as STEP or OpenGroup QLM) to promote collaboration between companies and their implementation in the European market.
