Technologies – Vat Photopolymerization (SLA)

Additive manufacturing with liquid resin

Vat Photopolymerization is an additive manufacturing process in which a vat filled with liquid photosensitive resin is exposed to a light source (typically ultraviolet). The light selectively cures or polymerizes the resin in the areas defined by a digital design, solidifying the resin layer by layer to build the complete part.

Variants like SLA, DLP, or LCD enable fast and precise production for parts with intricate details.

MicroSLA Titan 3

MicroSLA Titan 3

The Titan 3 stands out for delivering industrial-grade quality, exceptional precision, and long durability, making it ideal for professional use. Its automatic pixel size adjustment allows selection between 25, 37, 50, 75, and 100 μm, adapting to different levels of detail depending on the project. It is compatible with both Kudo3D’s proprietary resin (3DSR) and third-party resins, offering great material flexibility.

Additionally, its resin container, available in large and small versions, combined with VBT technology, ensures that the Teflon film does not stick to the carrier glass plate, guaranteeing consistent and reliable prints.
