Accessible, versatile and perfect for prototypes and final production
Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) is an additive manufacturing technology that uses a thermoplastic filament as a raw material.
This filament is heated to melt and extruded layer by layer through a head that moves precisely on the X and Y axes, while the construction platform progresses progressively on the Z axis. Each layer cools and solidifies almost immediately, forming a solid bond with the previous layer.
This process makes it possible to manufacture functional parts, prototypes and custom components with good dimensional precision and mechanical stability, using a wide variety of technical polymers and reinforced compounds.
